Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the n8n Gmail integration operated by Buğra Şıkel solely for personal automation processes Google Account data.
Data accessed
The integration may read, modify, label, and process Gmail messages and related metadata authorized by the account owner, and send email within automations configured by the owner.
How data is used
Data is used to classify email, process invoices and notifications, run user-defined workflows, and send requested messages. Google user data is not used for advertising, sale, or training general-purpose AI models.
Storage and sharing
OAuth credentials and automation data are stored on the account owner's privately managed n8n server. Data is not sold. It is transferred only to service providers explicitly configured by the owner when required to execute a workflow.
Security and revocation
Access is restricted at the server and application levels. The account owner may revoke the application from Google Account security settings at any time and may request deletion of stored automation data.
Google API data
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
